Delivery & Shipping
We ship internationally from our UK and EU warehouses. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout but please be aware that additional duties and customs fees may apply.
Orders that include made-to-order or out-of-stock items will be held until all items are ready to dispatch unless otherwise requested.

Availability & Lead Times
We aim to offer a carefully curated collection of our products online. However, not all items are held in stock. Many of our designs are made in small production runs or crafted to order by our specialist makers.
Delivery times may vary from 3 days to 6 weeks, depending on availability and production schedules.
We understand this may differ from fast-shipping models. But we believe it’s worth the wait.
Why? Because it supports slower, more sustainable production, reduces unnecessary waste, and ensures you receive a product made with care, often exclusively for you.

Order Amendments
You are able to amend the details on your order up to the point at which you click on “Pay now” during the ordering process.
Changes After Placing Your Order
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly — which means changes may not always be possible. However, if you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to help wherever we can.
Please contact us with your order number and request, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered.
All published prices given exclude delivery charges. The prices payable for goods that you order, are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rates and are correct at the time of entering this information. We do not charge VAT on international deliveries.
For all deliveries outside of the mainland UK, you will be liable for any duties or additional delivery charges payable at foreign ports and any local taxes. There may be foreign transaction fees on card payments made from outside the UK, which you will be liable to pay. You may not cancel your order due to unforeseen fees or levies, so please check on these before you place your order. International customers purchasing our products will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs. Import duty and or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from our couriers or your own appointed broker. Some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid, it may be worth to check with your local customs authority. If you are ordering products as gifts to be delivered to someone else, please make them aware for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. Our estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, we cannot be made responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes
Our delivery charges are set out in your shopping bag in our website. For Non UK mainland deliveries the charges will be agreed before completion of the transaction.
Delivery Process
We will send you an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Goods are normally sent by registered delivery and will have to be signed for on receipt. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk & Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.
Cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to seven working days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing or in any other durable medium if you wish to cancel your contract.
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order).
If you have received the goods before you cancel your order, then you must contact us to create a return. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must contact us to create a return as soon as possible but no later than 7 days of receipt. Please note returns are at your own cost and risk.
A refund for the purchased goods will be issued once the goods are received and checked that they are in saleable condition.
Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. When your order has been despatched you’ll receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately not. Once your order has been despatched we are unable to divert it to an alternative address.
How is my order shipped?
Your order will be sent by courier and will have to be signed for on receipt. If you are unable to sign for the goods the delivery company will leave instructions on how to collect your items. If you do not collect them within 48 hours you will be charged £15 for redelivery.
We aim to deliver to a UK address within 4 weeks of order confirmation. We want to keep you informed, if an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with a lead time. If your goods do not arrive when expected please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
What should I do if I think my order is lost?
For UK deliveries, we use Parcelforce and for international deliveries we use DHL. We send your tracking number to you by email. If you believe your order has been lost, you can track it with the tracking number we sent you. Simply go tohttps://www.parcelforce.com/for UK customers andhttps://www.dhl.co.uk/en.htmlfor international customers and type your tracking number into ‘Track your parcel online’. You will then be shown the status of your parcel and be given the option to see a more detailed breakdown of the tracking information. Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For overseas deliveries shipping is an extra cost and is automatically calculated when you checkout.
We will only charge you for the cost of goods and shipping. Any local taxes, tariffs, duties or custom handling fees are excluded and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
I don't see my country as a delivery option?
If you do not see the country you are looking for on our shipping list, please contact us.
We ship worldwide but are continually configuring our shipping to include all countries and we may not have gotten around to yours yet!
