We hope you’ll love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email shop@avenidahome.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We are unable to accept returns for customised, special order, or final-sale items.
